Tyler Drake Guy

Raleigh- Tyler Drake Guy, 35, a lifelong resident of Raleigh, passed away peacefully in his home, Saturday, September 3, 2022. Tyler was born January 25, 1987, to his loving parents, the late Tony and Kathy Guy.

He graduated from Garner Senior High School. At a young age, Tyler became fascinated with golf and was very gifted at it. He worked at some of North Carolina’s premiere courses. He loved every part of the game, especially helping others hone their skills. He loved the NC State Wolfpack and the NC State Fair, visiting every year. Tyler was very kind and would help anyone that needed it. He was a very spiritual person and loved his privacy. Tyler loved his family more than anything and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

A memorial service will be held, Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 2PM, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Pastor Mark Yates will officiate.

Tyler is survived by his brother, Travis Guy, aunt, Belinda Guy, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Tyler was preceded in death by his grandparents, Reggie and Ernestine Guy and Bobby and Peggy Summers.
