Victoria Belle Kammer

Victoria (Vicki) Kammer, aged 88, passed away on November 29, 2021. Vicki was born in Paducah Kentucky on September 1, 1933. She was the daughter of Bill and Hazel Thomis. She attended and graduated from Murry College in Kentucky where she loved and enjoyed great success in the Drama Department. Vicki married Gregory Kammer and they settled in Springfield Virginia and started a family. She was a wonderful wife and mother who raised three sons. Vicki loved raising her family in a close neighborhood filled with many friends. She loved animals and spent several years raising Persian cats and she enjoyed the company and companionship of many pet dogs over the years. Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 34 years, her sister Nancy Mason and brother-in-law Harry Mason, and her niece Laura Mason. She is survived by her sons Lewis, Will, and Greg; her grandchildren Elaine Donahoe and Thomis Kammer; her great grandchildren Lucas and Reagan Donahoe; and her nephew Eric Mason. The family will hold a graveside service in the Spring in Virginia, where she will be laid to rest alongside her late husband and her parents.
