Virginia Cupp

Virginia Jackson Cupp, 87, passed away at SECU Hospice House Saturday June 26, 2021. A native of Wake Co, she was the daughter of the late James and Bessie Jackson. Virginia worked for a grocery store as Bookkeeper and was a longtime member of Friendship Baptist Church at McGee’s Crossroads. Funeral services will be at Noon on Wednesday June 30 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Clayton. Along with her parents Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Dennis Cupp and siblings, Doris Wilder, Ethel Perry, Myrtle Mitchell, Thelma Brannan, Elwood Jackson, James “Jack” Jackson and Claude Jackson and a daughter, Connie J. Sealey. Survivors include her daughter, Denise Myrick and husband Tommy; son, Denny Cupp. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 1-hour prior to the service from 11- 11:45 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
