WILLOW SPRING - Virginia Mae Pollard Fuller Griffis, 92, left this world to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 31, 2017. A native of Wake County, she is the daughter of the late Turner and Addie Baker Pollard. Mrs. Virginia retired from Wake Tech for Coca-Cola and was known as “The Change Lady.” She was a life member of Hollands United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6:00 -8:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. She is survived by her husband, Lewis I. Griffis, children, Jimmy L. G. Fuller, Jerry W. Fuller (Sue), Diane F. Guin (W.A.) and David Fuller (Lina). Sister, Mandy P. Blalock (Marvin), ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Willow Springs Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her first husband, Mark Gattis Fuller, son, Benny Rufus Fuller, sister, Ila Mae Thompson, brothers, Troy , Roy and Needham Pollard, Annabelle Barbee, Janie Jones, Nollie Elizabeth Pollard, and daughter-in-law, Linda K. Jones Fuller. Flowers will be appreciated or memorial donations may be made to N. C. Alzheimers, 1305 Navaho Dr. Suite 101, Raleigh, NC 27609.
