Waylon Glenn “Boots” Wall

GARNER– Waylon Glenn “Boots” Wall, 90, died Monday. A native of Wake County, he was the son of the late Herbert and Clyde Mae Medlin Wall. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at First Baptist Church of Garner. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife, Frances Walker Wall; his son, Wayne Wall and daughter, April Wood (Brent) and their children, Austin and Colton Wood and daughter, Amy Williams (Stephen); his son, Bobby Wall (Debra) and their daughter, Amanda Thompson (Nathaniel) and their children, Emily and Landon Thompson; his son, Jabby, that predeceased him, (Connie) and their son, Tony Wall (Janet) and his children, Anthony, Wyatt and Joshua Wall; daughter, Kristy Wall; son, Adam Wall (Rebecca) and their children, Gabby, Daniel and Julianna; sisters, Daisy Richardson, Ruby Summey and Jean Dean; brothers, Curtis, Talmadge and Tracy Wall. In addition to his parents and son, Boots was preceded in death by siblings, Hazel Carlyle, Katie Hunt, Rachel Honeycutt, Sigma Wall and Herbert Wall, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Iris Wall. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
