Wayne Hampton Ferguson

GARNER - Wayne Hampton Ferguson left this life to cross the bridge on June 2nd, 2019. A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Wayne was an avid Volunteers fan as well as loving all Virginia and Carolina sports. He also served in the Army Reserves for four years. He was employed for most of his career at Commodore Manufactured Homes in Ringgold, VA and Clayton Homes. Preceding him were his parents Mr. Mrs. Hampton C Ferguson and Doris Cassada Ferguson, Danville VA. He is survived by his loving and devoted son Brent Hampton Ferguson (Garner NC); Brothers Warren Ferguson (Abingdon VA) and Charles Ferguson (Point Vedra FL) and a host of friends and family who loved him and will cherish his memory. Memorial Services will be held at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Rd. Garner, NC on Friday, June 7th 2019 at 3:00 PM with a visitation prior from 2:00 - 2:45 PM.
