William Carson Baker

William C. Baker, 79, passed away on Aug. 12, 2014. William was a career Army man, serving over 20 years for his country. He joined the Army in 1952. He then served in Korea in 53, Ft. Benning, Ga. In 54, Germany in 59, Ft. Dix in 61, Ft. Hood in 62, Ft. Rich in 65, Viet Nam in 66, Germany again in 67 and Ft. Riley in 72 when he retired. He was very proud of his service. William is survived by his son; David Baker and wife Beth; cousin, Nelda Lockamy; girlfriend, Paulette Lazenby. William will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date with Military Honors.
