Woodrow Woody Baldwin Maness

Woodrow Woody B. Maness, 52 died unexpectedly Jan. 2, 2014. He was the son of the late Col. Harold and Buena Maness. Woody was a dedicated husband who cherished life in all venues. He was an engineer for Verizon Wireless for 23 years. He had a love of animals and the outdoors. Woody was an avid woodworker, a generous, meticulous, and chivalrous person who dearly loved his family and friends and will be sorely missed. Memorial service will be 1:00 pm Sunday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner, NC. He is survived by his loving wife, Cari Byrd Maness; his sisters, Deb Stalls and husband Jerry, Susan Maness and brothers, Dr. Michael Maness and wife Becky, Chip Maness, and Andy Maness; a host of nieces and nephews, extended family, and their 4-beloved babies Lucy, Ricki, Polly and Sally.
